Resetting your password in Visitt is easy and secure. You can choose to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email or phone and set a new one:)

How to Reset Your Password:
Go to the Login Page: Access the Visitt login page and click on the Forgot Password button.
Receive Your One-Time Password (OTP): Choose to receive your OTP via Email or Phone. Ensure the contact information you select is linked to your Visitt account. You'll receive the OTP shortly after; check your inbox or SMS. If it doesn't appear, look in your spam folder or request the OTP again.
Reset Your Password and Log In: Enter the OTP you received, then set your new password
