Everything you need to know about Packages in Visitt+

In this article, we will cover the packages feature in Visitt+. You will learn how to check for packages and confirm that you have picked them up. We have made this feature simple and user-friendly for your convenience.


Checking for Packages

In order to check for your packages, simply click the packages button on your front page of Visitt+.

💡Notifications: You can enable your notifications on Visitt+ in order to receive device notifications in instances where you receive a package.

Note: You are able to change the notification type between an email, SMS and push notification by entering the app settings.

Once you navigate to the packages page, you will see all your assigned packages. You can view them and click on any package to see additional details provided by your front desk.



Package Pickup

In order to register that you have picked up your package, select the package you would like to pickup.

Pro tip💡: If you cannot find your package, you can click on the package to see additional details such as the Package Barcode, Courier and any Notes that have been added.

Once you find your package, simply slide the button at the bottom of the page to confirm pick-up.
