Getting Started
Before you can log in, your property team must add you to the system. If you don’t have an account yet, please get in touch with your property manager and request to join Visitt Plus.
Logging Into Your Account
Signing into your tenant app is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
Go to the Login Page from any device by clicking here.
Type in your email or phone number, then click Get Login Code.
Check your email or phone for a six-digit login code and enter it.
That’s it! You’re now signed in.
Troubleshooting
If you receive an error message like “We couldn't find you on record”, try the following:
Double-check for any typos in your email or phone number.
Try logging in with another email or phone number you might have used.
If you still can’t log in, your account might not be set up yet. Contact your property manager and ask to be added to Visit Plus. Once added, you’ll be able to sign in without any issues.
Switching Properties
If you are assigned to multiple properties, you can easily switch between them to ensure your requests are sent to the right team:
Log into your account.
Go to the "More" section in the app.
Select "Switch Properties."
Choose the property you want to access.
This allows you to seamlessly manage different properties within the app.
