Content is where you create and manage custom pages that appear in your tenants' Visitt+ app. You can use it to share important information, links, documents, announcements, and more — all in a polished, branded format.
💡 Content is now a standalone section in the main sidebar — it is no longer located inside Settings. Navigate there directly from the left-hand navigation menu.
🔒 Permissions: Content is accessible to Admins by default. Managers can also be granted access — this is off by default and must be enabled by an Admin.
What can Content pages be used for?
There are two types of pages you can create:
Custom app pages — ideal for showcasing services, special offers, events, announcements, and other promotional or informational content.
Documents pages — better suited for organizing and sharing important documents such as gym waivers, lease agreements, building policies, or emergency contact lists.
How to Add a New Page
Navigate to Content in the main sidebar.
Click Add page.
Choose the page type: Custom app page or Documents page.
Fill in the page details — title, description, images, and links as needed.
Use the rich text editor to format your content — add headings, bold text, bullet lists, and more to make pages more polished and readable.
Choose where the page appears in the tenant app:
Highlights — page appears prominently on the tenant app homepage.
More — page is accessible under the "More" tab in the tenant app.
Save as a draft or publish immediately (see Draft & Publish below).
Draft and Publish Flow
Pages no longer have to go live immediately. You now have full control over when content is published:
Save as draft — work on a page and save it without publishing it to tenants.
Publish — make the page live and visible to tenants in the app.
Unpublish — take a live page offline without deleting it.
Move back to draft — return a published page to draft state to make edits before republishing.
💡 Drafts are only visible to your property team — tenants will not see unpublished pages.
Preview — Desktop and Mobile
As you create or edit a page, you can preview exactly how it will appear to tenants before publishing. Use the preview toggle to switch between:
Desktop view — see how the page looks on a computer browser.
Mobile view — see how the page looks on a phone, matching the real Visitt+ app experience.
Tenant View
Once published, pages appear in the Visitt+ app based on where you placed them. Pages set to Highlights appear directly on the tenant's homepage. Pages set to More are accessible under the "More" tab.
