Similarity Detection in Work Orders
The AI recognizes similarities in work orders from the same reporter, which typically indicates two scenarios: duplications, where the work order is recreated because it was not resolved or adequately addressed by the team initially; and recurring issues, where the same problem arises again, indicating a persistent underlying issue.
How does it work?
New Work Order: When you create a work order, Visitt’s AI scans for similarities with existing entries. If it detects a significant similarity, a popup will provide real-time alerts about recurring issues.
Discovery Reports: All cases of similarities are centralized in the "Discovery Report" within the work orders section. To access these insights:
Navigate to the Reports page.
Here, you’ll find a visual report showcasing the similarity rate and detected similarities. Each element is interactive; you can choose to view a high-level summary or click through the list of work orders for more detailed information.
AI-Generated Titles for Work Orders
In an effort to make work order management more intuitive and less time-consuming, Visitt now automatically generates keyword-based titles for each new work order. This feature ensures that before even opening a work order, your team can grasp its essence through a clear and concise title derived directly from the description provided.
Enhanced Communication with AI-Assisted Chat
Visitt helps teams communicate more effectively internally and with tenants by offering AI-assisted rephrasing options in chats. This feature is designed to enhance clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
How does it work?
Type your message: Simply write your message in the chat box.
Choose your style: Click on the "AI" button underneath the chat box. Visitt will then present you with several rephrasing options.
Select and send: Choose the style that best fits your needs and send a polished, clear message.
Work Order Categorization
Enhance your tenants' experience by automating category assignment with Visitt's AI Smart Categories. This feature simplifies the process for tenants and ensures accuracy in categorization.
How to Enable AI Smart Categories:
Navigate to Admin.
Click on Visitt+.
Activate Visitt AI Smart Categories and save the changes.
Once enabled, tenants simply type their request, and Visitt automatically assigns the appropriate category. This ensures that each request is accurately categorized.
