Start Here

Here you can see the list of previous broadcasts you have sent, including the message title, content, and other relevant information.

Sending a Broadcast

  • Click on the Send Broadcast green button located at the top right.

  • Select New Broadcast or use an existing template.

Add a New Broadcast

  1. Click New broadcast.

  2. Select Message Channels: You can select one or more channels (Email, SMS, or Push).

  3. Choose Participants: Select participants by building, contacts, tenants, or broadcast groups.

  4. Composing the Message:

    • Enter the message title.

    • Design your message content.

    • Add any necessary attachments.

💡Pro tip: You can use Visitt AI to edit the message, improve grammar, or make it more formal if needed.

  5. Saving as a Template:

You can choose to save the message as a template for future use.

  6. Sending the Message:

    • Once sent, all selected recipients will get notifications based on the previously chosen channels and will be able to see the update in the app.

Broadcast Groups

Broadcast groups allow you to prepare a group of contacts that you can use at any time, making the process of sending messages more efficient.

  1. Navigating Broadcast Groups:
