Visitt keeps tenants informed and up-to-date with a range of notifications. Whether it's a new work order or an update on an amenity booking, these notifications ensure that tenants are always in the loop. Below is a list of notifications

Notification Types:

  1. Newly Assigned Work Order
    Receive a notification when the property team has assigned you a new work order.

  2. Work Order Completed
    Get notified when a work order assigned to you has been completed.

  3. Work Order Update
    Stay informed with updates related to your work orders, including changes in status or additional information.

  4. Review Reminder
    A gentle reminder to leave feedback or review completed work orders.

  5. New Broadcast
    Be alerted when a new broadcast message is sent to your building or community.

  6. Visitt+ Invitation
    Receive an invitation to join or participate in the Visitt+ program.

  7. Work Order Shared with a Contact
    Get notified when a work order is shared with one of your contacts.

  8. Amenity Booking Shared with a Contact
    Stay updated when your amenity booking details are shared with a contact.

  9. New Delivery
    Be notified when a new delivery arrives for you.

  10. Delivery Picked Up
    Receive a notification when your delivery has been picked up.

  11. Amenity Booking Status Update
    Stay informed about any changes in the status of your amenity bookings.

  12. Amenity Booking Update
    Get updates related to your amenity bookings, including changes in time, location, or details.

  13. Amenity Request Approval
    Receive a notification when your amenity request is approved.

  14. Visitor Arrival Update
    Be alerted when your visitor arrives, so you're always prepared.


Customizing Notification Settings:

Tenants have the flexibility to choose and change settings on whether and in which channels to receive these notifications in their app. To customize your notification preferences:

  1. Go to More > Settings > Notifications in your app.

  2. Adjust the settings according to your preferences.

💡Note: Please note that all these notifications will be received, and it's not possible to select only specific ones. The settings allow you to choose how and where you receive them.
