Visitt's Template Library allows you to easily share inspection and broadcast message templates across all properties in your portfolio, eliminating the need to create new items from scratch each time.
Inspections Templates
Creating New Templates: To create a new template, navigate to the Admin page, then select Template Library. Here, you can view existing templates or add new ones by selecting Inspections and clicking Add template.
Copying an existing inspection to the library: To copy an existing inspection as a template, go to the Inspections page, select Manage inspections, choose the inspection you want to duplicate, click the three dots, and select 'Save as template.' This will copy the inspection to the library.
Please note that the copied template will not include specific space or equipment details or assigned users; these must be added when using the template at a new property.
Broadcasts
Creating and Sharing Broadcast Templates: Similar to inspections, you can create broadcast message templates by navigating to Admin -> Template library, select Broadcasts, and then Add template.
Accessing and Managing Broadcasts: In the Template library, click on Broadcasts to view all saved broadcast messages. These messages are available to all properties.
