In this guide, we introduce the Admin page, outlining its purpose and exploring the different tabs within it.

The Admin page is your control center for managing:

  • Users

  • Tenant App

  • Categories

  • Templates

  • Work Orders

  • Inspections

  • General


Below, we provide detailed instructions on how to navigate and utilize each section.


Users

This section allows you to add, delete, or modify user settings, including notifications. Managing user access is crucial for security and efficiency. For comprehensive instructions on managing users, click here.


Tenant App

Customize and manage the appearance and settings of your tenant app in Visitt+. This section helps you tailor the app to fit your company's branding and operational needs, providing your tenants with the best experience. Click here to learn more about Visitt+.

Categories

Manage your data by adding, deleting, and organizing categories. For a detailed guide on managing categories, click here.

Templates

Save time by sharing and managing inspection templates and ready-to-use broadcast messages across your properties. The Template library is essential for ensuring consistent communication. Discover more about the Template library here.

Work Orders

Manage work order settings for your property including category requirement to create a work order and work hour log requirement to complete a work order. To learn more about Work Orders, click here.

Inspections

Toggle the setting to require work hour logging in order to complete an inspection. To learn more about Inspections, click here.


General

Define your business's general settings such as Logo, Timezone, Language, Billing and Office Hours.

💡Note: Office hours will influence due dates for work orders and automation. Setting correct office hours ensures that your team operates efficiently within service hours.
