In this tutorial, we will explore each of the tabs on the Work Orders page in Visitt and discuss their features.

On this page, you will find all unresolved work orders. You can filter through the work orders and view the details for each ticket. Additionally, you can open a new work order using the 'Add work order' button, search for a specific work order using keywords, and export lists of open work orders.

Here, you can access all your work orders, including completed ones. You can search using keywords and organize the page to your preference using the various dropdown menus.

Under this page you will see all of your assigned work orders in the format of a calendar based on when the work order was created. You can also filter which work orders you would like to see through the categorical filters on top of the calendar. The calendar is sortable by month, week, and day.

Note: The Calendar page is not available in the app.

Automations allow you to assign users and set SLAs based on category or building without needing to enter them manually for each request. In order to learn more about automations, click here.

You can save a work order template and use it later to save time. This feature can be used when creating new work orders, or you can build one from scratch.

Using templates has many advantages:

  • Time Saving: Load work orders quickly

  • Information Consolidation: Pull accurate data

  • Automation: Automatically open specific types of work orders

Steps for using a template:

  • Create a new template through a work order submission form or from the Templates tab

  • Fill in the data you want to save (e.g., building, description, category, sub-category, and checklist)

  • Click the Save button

  • Load the template when needed

  • Edit the template if necessary, and submit the work order
