In this article, we will guide you through the process of submitting a work order request using Visitt+. We have designed this feature to be incredibly user-friendly.

Submitting a Work Order

Upon your initial login, you will have the option to create a work order request by clicking the plus sign button at the bottom of your screen. You will notice that this is the same button used to add a visitor and book an amenity.

After clicking this button, Choose "New request". you will need to fill out the required information, including the category and a description. You also have the option to add an attachment if there is anything you need your property management to see.

Once you have completed all the fields, select Create request. The right person in the building will then be notified. You're all set!

How to View Your Requests

To see your past or current requests:

  1. Go to Home

  2. Click on Requests

  3. Choose Closed Requests to view completed ones

If you want to see your pending requests, simply switch to Open Requests.

🗨️ Tip:
In both views (open and closed), you can use the chat on the right side to message your property team directly.

If You Can’t Find a Closed Request

If you're looking for a closed request and can't find it under Closed Requests, it might still be open - so make sure to also check under the Open tab.

If you still can’t find it, another possibility is that the request was submitted under a different property.

If you're connected to more than one property, you can switch properties by:

  1. Going to the Home screen

  2. Tapping More

  3. Selecting Settings

  4. Choosing Switch Property

  5. Then selecting a different property from the list
