How to personalize and manage your Visitt+ account

This article will guide you on how to customize your language settings, adjust portal appearance, manage notifications, and update your contact information, helping you easily control your Visitt+ experience.

Getting Started with Visitt+ Settings

After successfully logging in, let's start from the settings section. Start by clicking the More tab. Once you're there, you'll see several settings options:



Language Preferences:

To select your preferred language, simply click on Change Language and choose from the dropdown menu.


Change Portal:

The Change Portal option allows you to switch between different properties that you are assigned to within the platform, If you are associated with more than one property, you can easily manage each one by using this feature. Simply click on the Change Portal tab to navigate between your assigned properties.



Managing Notifications:

You can easily manage your notifications through the settings tab. To customize how you receive updates, click on Notifications. From there, you can select your preferred method of receiving notifications by choosing from the dropdown menu. This allows you to stay informed in a way that suits you best.



Update Contact Information:

To update your name, phone number, or email, please contact your property team—they manage your account and can make these changes for you. You can either create a work order by tapping the + button in the app, or contact them directly.
