Recurring work orders are used for repeat building services for tenants, such as premium services like cleaning. They can also be used for recurring property tasks like janitorial, landscaping, or other vendor services. Once set up, work orders are automatically generated on a schedule you define using the standard work order form, eliminating the need to manually recreate the same work.
What you can do with recurring work orders
With Recurring Work Orders, you can:
Create recurring schedules with flexible frequencies
Automatically assign tenants using their leased spaces, supporting tenant bill-backs

Edit schedules without affecting existing work orders
Manage all schedules from a dedicated Recurring Schedules tab
Note: AI-based similarity detection is disabled for work orders generated from recurring schedules.
