Navigate to Work Orders
Managers
Go to the Work Orders tab.
Navigate to the All Work Orders page, the Open Work Orders page, or the My Work page to see work orders assigned to you.
💡Managers can view and edit all word orders; to see work orders assigned to you, please check your My work tab.
Team members
Team members have two options to access work orders:
Accessing Work Orders from the Home Page: Here, you will see all the open work orders and inspections.
Work Orders Tab:
This tab shows sections for open work orders and all work orders.
You can search and filter work orders by type, assignment, and status.
Completing a Work Order
Review the details of the work orders
Scroll down to review the work order information:
The description and reporter's details
Building and due date
Messages and the chat section
History of actions and events
Changing Status
💡Pro Tip: Click and change the status directly from the list without accessing the work order if you are already familiar with the details.
3. Communicate with your team and tenants
Use the internal chat channel to message your team about the work order.
Send updates to the tenant using the designated communication channel.
4. Edit details if needed
Everything inside the work order is clickable; you can click on any element to edit it.
For example, you can assign users, edit descriptions, change categories, add more images, etc.
5. Closing the work order
After completing the task, change the status to 'Completed'.
Customizing view (App Only)
You can customize your work order view from the My work, the All work orders and the Open work orders pages in the Visitt app. After navigating to one of these pages via the sidebar, simply select the filter button to tailor your view. An example is provided below.
