How to Manage and Complete My Work Orders
How to View My Work Orders
To see your work orders, go to the home page and select Work Orders.
Here, you'll see a list of your open or in-progress work orders:
You can search, filter, and sort your work orders list using the search bar and the first two buttons next to it to customize the information displayed in the list.
To adjust the level of detail for each work order, use the right-hand button, allowing you to make the list as detailed or streamlined as needed for easy scrolling.
📌Note: Clicking on a work order will open it, where you can view all the details, history, chat, and more.
How to Handle and Complete a Work Order
View and edit any details:
To complete a work order, just click on it from the list. This will open the full details of the work order. At first glance, you'll see important information such as the status, site, due date, and assigned users. All of these can be clicked and changed if needed.
For example, click on assigned users to assign the work order to someone else or change the category.
Communicating with Teams
Scroll down and use the chat to share updates and communicate with your team or tenants by using the two separate channels for team updates and reports.
Attaching Files
Use the Attach Files button to add images or other files if needed:
Clicking the Attach Files button always adds the file to the Work Order itself, not to the chat, regardless of whether you're messaging the team or tenants.
This means:
The file is saved in the work order’s Attachments section.
It becomes visible to all relevant teams who have access to the work order.
Even if you're in the Team Chat or Tenant Updates tab, attachments do not stay private to that message.
Why?
This ensures that all documents, images, and files related to the job are centrally stored and easy to find, so teams working across shifts or departments don’t miss critical information.

Grouping Work Orders by Category
Within the My Work tab in the mobile app, you can access the option to group work orders by category.
The mobile app allows you to group work orders based on different categories of your choice. Grouping doesn’t affect the number of work orders in the list — it simply changes the way they are displayed, creating a clearer and more organized view for easier tracking and task management.
For example:
Grouping by status makes it easy to immediately understand where each work order stands — whether it’s new and hasn’t been started yet, currently in progress, or on hold.
This helps you track progress more efficiently, identify delays or bottlenecks, and focus on work orders that require immediate attention.
As a result, the team works in a more focused and effective way.
Grouping by due date organizes work orders based on their deadline, making it easier to plan work and allocate resources.
The team can clearly see which tasks are urgent and need to be handled first, and which ones can wait.
This creates a natural prioritization that prevents delays and ensures every task is handled on time.
