My team members not see their inspections
If team members cannot see their assigned inspections, follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure each team member has the correct permissions for viewing and completing inspections.
Step 2: Confirm that the inspections are open to be completed and are assigned to the specific team member you are checking.
Step 3: Check that no filters are active on the team member’s app. If they have any filters turned on, it can hide their inspections, so make sure everything is cleared.

To view and edit amenities as a team member, you must be an assigned user for those amenities. Only an Admin or a Manager can assign users to amenities.
Step 1: Have your Admin or Manager go to Manage Amenities in your system.
Step 2: Locate the amenity you need access to.
Step 3: Have them assign you as a user for that amenity.
Once assigned, you will be able to view and edit the amenities as needed
