Overview
The Closed Inspections page provides an overview of both missed and completed inspections. A missed inspection refers to one that was not updated or finished before the due date, whereas a completed inspection is one that was successfully finished within the due date.

Start by navigating to Inspections page, and click on the Closed Inspections tab

Here you will see a list of all your closed inspections, whether they were missed or completed. You can filter the inspections effectively using the following criteria:

  • Date

  • Name

  • Category

  • Status

  • Building

  • Space

  • Completed by

  • Type

Customizing the View

You can customize the view by adding and removing columns utilizing the column button at the top-right of the page.

Viewing and Editing Inspections

After refining your list, you can select an inspection and click on it to view the information entered by the team member during their rounds and before closing it. You also have the ability to edit these entries.

Please note that inspections can be edited until the deadline has passed. Once the deadline has passed, there is no way to edit them, regardless of whether they were missed or completed. You can complete inspections before the deadlines, as long as they are still open.

Exporting Inspections

You can export this list by clicking the 'Export' button at the top-right of the page.
