Completing an Open Inspection:

Step 2: Select the inspection you would like to complete
Step 3: Fill in any details about the inspection that are required.
If needed, fill in the work hours spent on the inspection
Step 4: Select Finish inspection at the bottom of the screen
💡Pro Tip: You can add images to specific tasks or create a work order from the inspection for any necessary repairs that arise from your check. This can be done for the entire site/equipment groups, or specific tasks.
Adding Total Work Hours to an Inspection Before Completion
Before completing an inspection, you have the option to add the total work hours. Simply enter the work hours in the designated field before clicking the "Finish" button:
Once you've added the hours, they will be documented in your closed inspections reports. To view these recorded work hours later, go to the "Closed Inspections" section, select the inspection, and you’ll see the hours logged.
Please note: All inspection details can be adjusted until the set due date of the inspection. Once this happens you will no longer be able to make any adjustments to the inspection and it will be moved to the Closed inspections tab. For further information on closed inspections, please continue to the Closed Inspections Article.
