Written by Zach Kahan

In the course of managing building maintenance, you may occasionally need to remove duplicate entries or incorrectly logged tasks. This guide explains how to safely delete a Work Order and identifies who has the authority to do so.

Important: Only users with Admin permissions can delete Work Orders. Users who are not admins will not see the Delete option. If a non-admin needs to remove a Work Order, they should contact an admin at the property.

Deleting Multiple Work Orders (Bulk Delete)

If you need to clean up your dashboard by removing several entries at once, use the bulk delete feature.

  1. Navigate to the Work Orders section in the main menu.

  2. Select All Work Orders from the top navigation bar to view your full list.

  3. Tick the checkbox on the left side of each row for the Work Orders you wish to remove.

  4. Click the Delete button located on the right side of the screen.

  5. Review the pop-up window displaying the list of Work Orders selected for removal.

  6. Click the red Delete button to confirm.

Deleting a Single Work Order

You can delete an individual record directly from its detailed view.

  1. Navigate to the Work Orders section in the main menu.

  2. Click on the specific Work Order you want to delete to open the editing window.

  3. Click the Quick Actions button (the three vertical dots ⋯) in the upper corner of the window.

  4. Select Delete Work Order from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up to finalize.

⚠️ Note: Deleting a Work Order is a permanent action. Once a record is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
