💡A tenant must have at least one authorized or leased space for all connected contacts to be able to create work orders.

Start here

Firstly, open your Tenant page through the side bar.

You can manage leased and authorized spaces for tenants in two ways:

Adding sapces using from the table

From the Tenants table, you can add leased spaces directly without navigating into each tenant's profile. This allows for quicker setup when adding new tenants.

  • When creating a new tenant and selecting leased spaces, users can now choose any space, even if it’s not marked as leasable in the My Property page.

  • Once the space is assigned to a tenant, it will automatically become visible, and a confirmation message will appear.

Adding sapces from the Tenant Profile Page

Select your desired tenant from the Tenants page to open their Tenant Profile. Then click on the Spaces tab to view and manage their Leased Spaces and Authorized Spaces.

Leased Spaces

To add a leased space Select Add leased spaces button at the top of your page. Then select the space you would like to assign it to hit the Submit button.

To assign an existing space as a leased space, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to My Property: Go to the My Property page to view all available spaces.

  2. Select the Desired Space: Locate and select the space you wish to designate as a leased space.

  3. Enable Leasable Space: Check the Leasable Space checkbox to assign the space as a leased area.

Once selected, the space will be marked as leasable and will be available to assign to a tenant.

Authorized Spaces

To add an authorized space to your tenants, scroll down to the Authorized Spaces section of the page and click Add Authorized Spaces. Select the space you want to assign, then click the Submit button.

💡Note: An authorized space refers to any area within your building where tenants are allowed to create work orders. This section includes both the authorized spaces assigned to individual tenants and the common spaces accessible to everyone in your property.

💡Notice: The common spaces listed below are authorized spaces assigned to everyone in your property.

To add common spaces for all your tenants, navigate to the Tenant App section in your admin page and select Common Spaces, Add the spaces you want to the list by checking their checkbox. Once done, press Save Changes.
