In this article, we’ll explore how to effectively use the Tenants App Page. This feature allows you to upload and share documents that need to be accessible to all tenants within your community.

Key Features

These pages can be used to:

  • Share links to external resources, such as community websites, payment portals, or local services.

  • Post announcements about upcoming events, maintenance schedules, or community updates.

  • Upload tenant documents, including lease agreements, building policies, emergency contact lists, and other essential materials.

By utilizing the Tenants Documents Page and custom pages, you can streamline communication and ensure that all tenants have the information they need at their fingertips.

💡Note: Custom app pages are ideal for showcasing services, special offers, events, and other promotional content. On the other hand, Documents pages are better suited for organizing and sharing important documents, such as gym waivers or lease agreements. This way, you can keep your content organized and easily accessible for your users.

How to Add a New Tenant Page

First, navigate to your Admin Page and select Tenant App. Once there, click on the Tenant app pages tab. Here, you'll see a list of your existing pages along with a live preview of your Visitt+ app.

Simply select which page you would like to add and fill out the required details. You can either add a Custom app page or a Documents page to share website links, phone numbers, or event details, helping to keep tenants informed and engaged. Additionally, you can choose where this page will appear—either on the main page or under the "More" section for easy navigation.

Below is an example showing how a Tenant app page appears to tenants on Visitt+. If the page is set to be visible on the homepage, tenants can access it directly from their main page. Otherwise, they can find the page under the "More" tab.
