In this article, we will explore the status page and its benefits for you. The status page offers a comprehensive overview of your property, giving you a detailed view. This valuable information will help you manage your property more effectively.
What is the Status Page?
The status page is the first thing you'll see when you log into your Visitt account. This page provides a high-level overview of all property aspects, giving a comprehensive status update on what is happening with your property.
Different Status Page Views:
Daily Status View
The default view is the 'Daily Status,' which displays a range of data and visual representations. This is the first thing you will see when you open your Visitt page.
Visitt+ User Reviews
In order to view your Visitt+ reviews from your tenants, select the Visitt+ User Reviews section of the page in the bottom right hand side of your screen. You will then be able to see individual reviews and their respective ratings. You can also click on the review to display the work order under which the review was made.
Metrics View
By clicking the metric button in the top right corner, you'll see the same data presented as percentage values.
Note: The metric information covers the last 30 days.
Portfolio View
You'll notice a variety of views to choose from. The first screen available is your portfolio view. If you have multiple buildings in your portfolio, this screen will provide detailed information, including property names, valid documents, and more.
Additionally, everything on the status page is clickable. This means you can dive deeper into any data by clicking on it to learn more about the specifics.
