Accessing Inspection Editing
Navigate to Inspections: Go to the left sidebar and click on "Inspections."
Select Manage Inspections: From the top bar, choose "Manage Inspections."
Choose the Inspection: Pick the inspection you want to edit from the list.
Access Editing Options: Click the three dots at the corner of the inspection entry and select "Edit."
Editing Stages
Stage 1: Main Information
Modify Name, Frequency, and Users: Edit the inspection's name, frequency, and assigned users.
Stage 2: Inspection Tasks and Spaces
Edit Tasks and Spaces: Customize tasks and associated spaces for the inspection.
Stage 3: Arranging Inspection Order
Rearrange Space Order: Drag and drop spaces to change the inspection sequence.
Saving Changes
After you make changes, hit "Save" to apply them. This will only affect open and future inspections.
