In this tutorial we will go over all of the tabs in the work orders page and what each feature has to offer. In Visitt, you will be able to find all of this under the Work Orders page on your sidebar.

On the 'Open work orders tab', you will find all of the work orders that have not been resolved yet. On this page you are able to filter through all of the work orders and check out all the details for each ticket. Here you are able to do many things including opening a new work order through the ‘Add work order' button, search for a specific work order using keywords, export a document with your desired details and edit the view of all the work orders through several features.

The ‘All work orders’ and the ‘Open work orders’ are very similar. Here you will be able to access all of your work orders, including ones that have been completed. You will be able to search via keywords as well as organize the page how you would like through the many drop downs.

Under this page you will see all of your assigned work orders in the format of a calendar based on when the work order was created. You can also filter which work orders you would like to see through the categorical filters on top of the calendar. You are able to sort the calendar by month, week and day.

The use of automations is very helpful as it helps assigning users and setting priorities automatically when a specific work order ticket is opened. In order to learn more about automations, click here (add link to automations page).

The usage of templates has many advantages including time saving by loading work orders quickly, information consolidation by pulling accurate data and automatic opening of a particular type of work orders which saves you time.
