How to Search and Export Work Orders

Work orders are an essential part of managing tasks and projects in any organization. They help keep track of what needs to be done, who is responsible for completing it, and when it needs to be completed by. However, as the number of work orders increases, it can become challenging to find specific ones or export them for reporting purposes. In this article, we will guide you through the process of searching and exporting work orders.

Searching for Work Orders

Step 1: Start by going to the Work Orders Tab > All Work Orders

Step 2: You can filter work orders in two ways:

  1. Using the Search Bar: Search for a specific work order by location, space, or the work order number.

  2. Clicking Column Titles: Click on any column title to select specific options and filter the displayed information.

** You can use both options together. For example, you can filter by category and still search for a specific word within that category.
