In this article, we will guide you through the process of adding a new visitor using Visitt+. We have designed this feature to be incredibly user-friendly.
Adding a Visitor
By clicking the plus sign button at the bottom of your screen. You will notice that this is the same button used to create a work order request and book an amenity.
After clicking this button, Enter the visitor’s name, visit type, and dates.
Optionally, add notes or special instructions. Then, select whether you are the host. If not, you'll need to enter the host’s full name and email. Afterwards Tap Add Visitor to confirm.
Once you have completed all the fields, select Add Visitor. Your property management and visitor will then be notified. You're all set!
Filtering Visitors on the Web Portal
If you're accessing Visitt+ from the web portal, you can easily filter your visitor list to stay focused and organized.
Click the dropdown filter on the left to choose from:
All (default view), Expected Today, Expected This Week, Checked In.
⚠️ Note: If you apply a status filter (like “Expected Today”) and then search for a visitor who doesn’t match that filter, no results will appear. To ensure accurate search results, either clear the filter or switch to “All” before searching.
This is especially helpful in busy offices with many scheduled guests.
Real-Time Visitor Status
You can always see the current status of each visitor in your list.
Visitors who haven't arrived yet will be labeled with Expected at [date/time].
Once a visitor checks in, you'll see a Checked in at [time] indicator next to their name.
This helps you keep track of who’s on-site and who’s still on the way.
