In this article, we will guide you through the process of booking an amenity using Visitt+. We have designed this feature to be incredibly user-friendly.
Reserving an Amenity
Upon your initial login, you will have the option to book an amenity by clicking the plus sign button at the bottom of your screen. You will notice that this is the same button used to create a work order request and add a new visitor.
After clicking this button, you will need to fill out the required information, including the amenity, the dates you are reserving for, and any additional notes you may have.
Once you have completed all the fields, select Book. Your property manager will then be notified. You're all set!
Managing Amenity Bookings
If you would like to change, cancel, or contact your building about your booking, simply select Amenities from the main page, and select your booking. You'll see the status of your amenity on the top left of your screen, right under the name of the amenity booking you have made.
In order to chat with your building team regarding the amenity booking, simply select your amenity booking to enter a chat page. Here you'll have a platform where you can communicate with your building team.
In order to make any changes to your booking, select you amenity and then select Details on the top right of your screen. Here you'll be able to edit your booking or cancel it if needed.
