How to create and track Work Orders in the Visitt+ app

In this article, we will guide you through the process of submitting a work order request using Visitt+. We have designed this feature to be incredibly user-friendly.


Submitting a Work Order

Upon your initial login, you will have the option to create a work order request by clicking the plus sign button at the bottom of your screen. You will notice that this is the same button used to add a visitor and book an amenity.

After clicking this button, you will need to fill out the required information, including the category and a description. You also have the option to add an attachment if there is anything you need your property management to see.

Once you have completed all the fields, select Create request. The right person in the building will then be notified. You're all set!

Tracking Work Order Requests

In order to view your work order requests, click on the Requests button on your home page. You will then be able to view all of your requests, open and closed. You can simply tap on your request to communicate with your property management and view any details.

💡 Note: You can use the chat feature to get in touch with your property management team. If you need to delete or cancel your work order request, simply message your building team through the chat, and they will be happy to assist you with the cancellation.
