The Building Structure page has undergone significant changes to enhance user experience. This article will guide you through the new layout, including how to navigate, view buildings, and utilize the new features.

To access the Building Structure page, go to the My Property tab located on the left-side main navigation bar.
Since the page is property-specific, make sure to select the property you want to view through the My Property tab before proceeding.
Navigating through the building
Once you've selected your property, follow these steps to navigate the hierarchy:
Select a Building: At the top left, choose the building you want to view. Once selected, a list of floors within that building will appear.
Navigate between floors using the left-side panel, and click the arrow next to a floor to view its spaces and equipment. You can continue expanding each level—from Floor > Space > Subspace > Equipment—to explore the entire structure.
When you select a floor or any other location on the left-side panel, the main screen will display information about that location. At the top of the screen, a top navigator will show your current position.
You can use this to navigate back to previous levels by clicking on the locations:
Clicking the arrow next to any location will allow you to edit, convert or delete the item:
You can choose the "All Buildings" view, but the "Tree View" is not available when this option is selected.
Main Screen Display
The main screen will show information based on your current location. For example, selecting the 4th floor from the left-hand navigation will update the location in the upper bar and display relevant details on the main screen. You can use the additional tabs to view specific topics related to the current location, such as equipment or closed inspections.
📌For Spaces and Equipment: Additional information and options will be accessible in the right-hand panel:
Search and Filtering Functionalities
Search: Use the Open Search bar to search for spaces, floors, equipment, or even spaces connected to tenants by name.
Filtering the view: Use the filtering dropdown to adjust the view. You can choose to display the full building stack, equipment, or leasable spaces.
Note: When you apply a filter (e.g., "Equipment"), floors that do not contain the selected item will be hidden. For example, selecting "Equipment" will only display floors with equipment, excluding those without.
When filters are applied, the breadcrumbs will update to reflect the filtered view.
Reversing the Order
You can change the order to show floors from bottom to top, or all the way around.
Spaces and Equipment Without Location
The page has a section for Spaces and Equipment that aren’t part of any specific floor. For example, equipment outside the building, like pumping machines, will appear as the last section on the left side.
