1. Contact Roles for Tenants and How to Change Them

Each tenant can have multiple contacts, and each contact has a defined role. The available roles are:

  • General – A regular contact.

  • Primary – The main point of contact who can view all work orders opened by any contact under the same tenant.

  • Emergency – A regulatory emergency contact that is part of an emergency group used for compliance or broadcast alerts.

To change a contact’s role:

  1. Go to the Tenants page.

  2. Open the Contacts tab.

  3. Select the tenant you want.

  4. In the Roles column, click on the current role (for example, General).

  5. Choose the new role from the list.

  6. Click to confirm the change.

2. Can I Add the Same Contact to More Than One Unit?

No, it is not possible to add the same contact to more than one unit (tenant).
Each contact can be associated with only one tenant.


3. I'm trying to add a space to my tenant, but it's missing - What should I do?

If the space you want to add does not appear in the list, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Confirm that the space has been created in "My Property" tab.

  • Step 2: Check that the space is assigned to the correct property.

  • Step 3: Refresh the page and try adding the space again.

  • Step 4: If the space still does not appear, contact support team for assistance.
