What is Settings?
Settings is the centralized area where you manage configurations for your Account and Properties. It replaces the former Admin page. All configurations previously found under Admin are now organized under Settings → Account or Settings → Property.
How to Open Settings
Click Settings in the main sidebar.
Choose a scope:
Account — for configurations that apply across your entire Account.
Property — for configurations that apply to a specific Property.
Switch between scopes at any time using the top-left toggle.
Account Settings
Account Settings apply across all Properties in your Account. This section is available to Global Admins only.
This section includes:
General Account Preferences
All Users within the Account
Asset Types
Property Groups (Regions)
Templates (Inspections, Broadcast)
Inspections
Categories
Charge Codes
AI and Translation Settings
Schedules Management (including Out of Office)
Feature Settings
If a setting is configured at the Account level, it applies to all Properties by default. Some Account-level settings cannot be overridden at the Property level.
Property Settings
Property Settings apply only to the Property you select. This section is available to both Admins and Global Admins.
This section includes:
General Property Preferences
Property-specific feature toggles
Tenant app settings
COI settings
Work Order settings
Property Settings give you the flexibility to maintain account-wide standards while allowing customization at the property level where needed.
To switch between properties:
Select the Property scope using the top-left toggle.
Click the property name displayed at the top of the sidebar.
Search for or select the property you want to switch to.
Permissions
Access to Settings depends on your user role:
Admins can manage Property Settings only.
Global Admins can manage both Account Settings and Property Settings.
Your visibility within Settings may also depend on the properties assigned to your user account.
FAQ
What happened to the Admin page?
The Admin page has been replaced by the Settings area. All configurations previously found under Admin are now available under Settings → Account or Settings → Property.
Can I have Account and Property Settings open at the same time?
No — you work in one scope at a time. Use the top-left toggle to switch between Account and Property views.
Can a Property Admin see Account Settings?
No. Account Settings are only visible to Global Admins. Property-level Admins only have access to Property Settings.
Do Account-level settings always override Property settings?
Not always — it depends on the specific setting. Some Account-level settings apply to all properties and cannot be changed at the property level. Others allow property-level customization on top of the account default.
