Visitors lets you track and approve guests requesting access to your property. When a tenant expects someone, you or the tenant can log them in Visitt ahead of time, so only authorized people gain entry.

Visitors can be managed from both the property admin side (via Visitt) and the tenant side (via Visitt+). Both flows are covered below.

Visitors can be managed and viewed via the Visitors tab in the left-hand sidebar. This page lists all current visitors, along with the contact who invited them.

To add a visitor via Visitt:

Tenants can add visitors directly through Visitt+. The process varies slightly depending on whether they're using the mobile app or desktop.

On the Visitt+ mobile app: Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen — the same button used to submit a request or book an amenity — then select Visitor.

On Visitt+ desktop: Click the Visitor Invite button directly from the home screen.

Once a tenant adds a visitor, it appears in your Visitors tab and also shows as an upcoming visitor on the tenant's home screen.

Did the Visitors feature change with the new tenant app design?
No. Adding and managing visitors works the same way. Only the look and navigation of the tenant app changed.

Where do tenants see their upcoming visitors now?
On their home screen, alongside their other open requests and bookings.

Will my property's branding (colors, logo) show up on visitor-related screens?
Yes. The tenant app now reflects your property's branding across all pages, including Visitors.

Do I need to migrate or set anything up because of the new design?
No. There's no migration and no new setup required — it's the same app with an updated look.

Can I still see who invited each visitor?
Yes. The Visitors tab still shows the contact who invited each visitor.
